World On Fire

Objective
Students will realize that when the world feels “on fire” with chaos and fear, God calls believers to be “on fire” with His love and hope—revival begins with prayer, obedience, and letting His light shine through us.

Warm Up
World On Fire– Hand out index cards. Ask students to write one area where they see “fire” (brokenness, pain, or sin in the world). Then flip the card and write one way they want God to bring revival in them personally.

In other words, “On one side, write where you see the world burning. On the other side, write where you need God’s fire to start in you.”

Read some of them out loud and begin with serious prayer for revival in groups of three.

Discuss:

• Share a time you felt “on fire” for something (sports, music, faith).
• What’s the difference between a fire that destroys and a fire that gives light and warmth?

Transition
For KING & COUNTRY’s “World On Fire” is a cry for hope in a chaotic world. Every revival in history has started with ordinary people, often young people, praying and stepping out in faith.

Living It Out

• Personal Challenge: Pick one specific way to let your light shine this week (school, work, family, neighborhood).
• Group Activity: Share “fire starter” actions—simple ways to spread God’s hope (acts of kindness, encouragement, serving, sharing faith).

Wrap Up
Revival isn’t about hype or big events—it’s about God’s Spirit moving through ordinary people who pray, repent, and obey. When the world feels like it’s on fire with chaos and division, Jesus makes us alive so we can carry His fire into dark places. That fire looks like bold faith, love in action, and words of hope. Revival begins when we ask God to light the fire in us and then share it with those around us.
