Dave is a veteran of ministry, having served for fifteen years, with most of that time in large multisite churches. He has a B.A. in student ministry from Geneva, his M.Div. in Christian Leadership and Church Ministries from Liberty, and he is a NAYMC Certified Coach. This journey began when he started applying the principles of coaching and ministry evaluation outlined here in his contexts to multiply the impact he was having in his ministry. Something he tells all of his teams is if we are not intentional about our ministry, we will be unintentional about our ministry. As he saw traction in ministry applying these principles, God opened doors to begin coming alongside and encouraging others. And so this ministry venture has grown out of a desire to see others multiplying their impact and to see more people being reached with the gospel.
